2007 Top Fly Recruitment Agency is created and begins its activities that same year as the first recruitment agency in Latin America for Emirates Airline.

Its interdisciplinary team actively contributed to the job placement at Emirates Airline of thousands of young people from different places in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Colombia.

With a strong commitment to the transparency of the selection processes, many of those young people who were once candidates have grown up and occupied important positions in the industry within Emirates Airline nowadays. Some others have moved to other companies in the industry
In these last 120 years of human history, aviation has played a key role in cultural development, fostering worldwide exchange in an exponential way.
In 2007, Top Fly Recruitment Agency understood this need and contributed to job placement with the most awarded company in the world. Emirates Airline is considered the most multicultural company as it reaches more than 150 destinations and employs people from over 120 different nationalities.
The aerospace industry needs to improve itself continuously, thus changes are constant adaptations to different scenarios.
The passage of time indicates that our industry is adaptive and empathetic with the environment in which it develops.

From 2016 to 2019, work has been focused on a university training project.
Worshiping training, in 2019, the first University Degree on Aviation, was created together with the National Technological University. UTN FRMDP
Two different but complementary specialties (Aero commercial and Airport Administration and Management) were born.
In 2022 and 2023, the first culture exchange with the Emirates Aviation University took place.
These meetings between Latin American and the United Arab Emirates, were part of the NGAP next generation aviation professionals and a product of the initiative of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), and the Alicanto Group (Alicanto.org).
